Mega top refrigerated prep tables offer an ample amount of storage and prep space for your busy foodservice establishment. The 48" Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table - Elite Series (Beverage Air SPE48-18M) can hold six 1/6 size, two 1/2 size and one full size standard 4" deep pans. It is constructed out of both stainless and galvanized steel, which means it is sturdy and effortless to clean. This unit has two doors, each with a 120° stay-open feature that makes it simple for you to pull your ingredients out without the door shutting. The included 6" casters allow the unit to be moved around easily. A multitude of other helpful features, such as insulated stainless steel covers and cartridge style hinges, are also present on this awesome Beverage Air prep table.
